“Eat Cake Be Merry!”

The phrase is used quite appropriately in all festive occasions and weddings are definitely one of them! Furthermore, this particular expression is the name of a New York City based bakery founded by the talented Liz Shim, who is also the head designer.

At Eat Cake Be Merry, clients can customize their cakes to suit their personal style without compromising the taste. What good is the cake if it only looks pretty but the taste is unpleasant? They combine the goodness of fresh ingredients – all baked from scratch – and infuses modern and simple designs that stray far from the complicated mess of over-the-top styles.
