How did you meet?
We met in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic because we lived near each other and had various friends in common.

How did you choose your wedding venue?
We decided to do a backyard wedding so that it would be more intimate and we wanted to be open-aired so everything would be more natural.

How did he propose?
He proposed in a restaurant along the sea coast of a beach in Santo Domingo. Towards the end of our dinner when the waiter came to bring dessert, he gave me a large card that read: Would you like to share your life with mine?
After reading it, I started to cry and under the napkin was a box with my ring in it. It was a very special moment and emotional for me, one that I will never forget.

The principal color of the wedding was green with combinations of white

The people who helped me organize my wedding were family members from both sides (bride/groom) They helped us with new ideas and preparation of the ceremony and reception
