Bernardo Winery

At the Bernardo Winery, there are two stunning sites to choose from to host special occasions. The Rosario’s Pavilion at the winery offers guests beautiful views of the gardens and olive trees and makes for a gorgeous background for a wedding reception. Also at the Bernardo Winery, the Barrel-Aging Room is available as a venue as well. Here guests are surrounded by the oldest redwood wine aging vats in the San Diego area. The Bernardo Winery hosts only one event per day per site location, to give personal and undivided attention to the celebration.

El Cortez

At the top of San Diego ’s Cortez Hill, stands the unique El Cortez. The Don Room at El Cortez makes for a breathtaking reception location. Their outdoor terrace with its outdoor fireplace and the famous Don Room with its gold carved ceiling both have been making guests and celebrities alike enjoy an event they will always remember. El Cortez also hosts one event per day in order to deliver that special elegance for any occasion.

The Prado at Balboa Park

The Prado at Balboa Park boasts of both a wedding ceremony site and an assortment of reception rooms to choose from at their venue. The Prado’s ceremony area is adorned with fountains, terraces and even a wishing well to add that special uniqueness to the wedding ceremony. This site offers multiple reception rooms: the Grand Ballroom, with hardwood floors and twenty-seven foot high hand-stencilled ceilings; the Loggia Room, an elegant room which opens to the courtyard below; and finally the Alhambra Room, opening to a private balcony enabling guests to take in the views from the beautiful gardens below .

Other venues in the San Diego area include: The Beverly Mansion at The Grand Tradition Estate, Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club, and The Westgate Hotel.
